Sadness and happiness is yin and yang, you will have both as long as you live. Learn to accept that and keep growing.

Hi Grand Master, I can see it was a long day for you(2:00 a.m.) and still writting the best and the worst...but as you say,"life is beautiful" and we must take everything from it, enjoy every minute like if it were the last, and when you stop and think that you did so many things during the year, eventually you realize that, there were so many you didn't do, and wish to turn back time and maybe if one day could last 48 hrs, maybe then you'll have time to do almost everything! Now i have this kind of feeling, and i know that i'll always look back with sadness for those many things undone, for example i wish i've started my martial arts training sooner! We shouldn't leave something to do or to buy for tomorrow, this is the time...Well, i'm anxious and looking forward to be in Sweden for the 2nd time in Gothenburg, and have the honour to meet you . I love the "Viking Way".
Best Regards
Paulo Pinhal,Guru's Nuno Oliveira student.
